Aristocrat files a lawsuit to defend its famous BuffaloTM slot series. Anyone who’s visited a race track in Pa has seen a BuffaloTM slot by Aristocrat. In a press release sent by Aristocrat, Matt Wilson, Managing Director commented.
“We will aggressively protect our market-leading brands and intellectual property in every jurisdiction. Buffalo is an iconic game franchise and an enduring player favorite. With this suit, Aristocrat is defending the brand. But also standing up against trademark and infringement. We have the best interests of our customers and our company at heart.” In the same press release, Wilson confirmed they want their complaint to be heard in front of a jury. And they’re requesting an official trial.
The BuffaloTM series has some of the best game Aristocrat has ever made. In fact, the games are so popular that an online adaption exists in a few countries.
